Successful corporate bond issuance on the Cambodian Stock Exchange: VDB Loi advised on a successful corporate bond issuance on the Cambodian Stock Exchange for the multilateral financial institution that was guaranteeing the bonds.
Advisory on a complex cross-border transaction in the Lao PDR: VDB Loi was engaged as lead counsel by a regional green energy supplier to advise and assist on a contemplated cross-border transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, assisting with remediation of several critical issues identified, and drafting transaction agreements.
