Jean is one of the region’s most experienced tax and regulatory specialists with more than 12 years of experience in Indo China, Myanmar and Singapore. She has advised on a large number of project transactions and tax disputes in the specialties in structuring, power plants project and oil & gas. As the managing partner of VDB Loi, Jean has extensive experience with projects related to the market entries of infrastructure, telecommunications and financial services industries in the region, as well as having extensive experience with supply chains.

She was formerly a tax partner with PwC and she oversaw the growth of PwC in Cambodia and Vietnam. She has been recognized for her outstanding practice in Myanmar with a number of awards. She speaks Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, Cantonese and English.
