Breakfast seminar: Managing the evolving transfer pricing landscape in Cambodia

Advancements in global trade and the increasing use of tax-efficient business restructuring by companies has led to tax authorities scrutinizing company transactions (both on an inter- and intra-firm basis) on a scale never seen before. Many countries’ tax authorities, including Cambodia’s, have issued transfer pricing guidelines in recent years following changes in the global tax and transfer pricing landscape.

We strongly believe that taxpayers should be prepared to defend their transfer pricing policies.

Therefore, to provide businesses with greater clarity on the evolving framework for managing their transfer pricing documentation process, and to understand the increasing instances of transfer pricing audits, VDB Loi, in collaboration with IC Advisors, is offering a unique opportunity to hear from a transfer pricing expert with many years of experience in all aspects of transfer pricing, including benchmarking, price analysis, and tax audits.

This transfer pricing seminar will be delivered on an intermediate level in English with a focus on the practical aspects of the new transfer pricing regime, transfer pricing’s impact on the tax environment, and ways to manage and defend the process around transfer pricing documentation.

The seminar will cover the following topics:

  • Overview of the Cambodian transfer pricing regime
  • Overview of transfer pricing documentation
  • Impact of transfer pricing on the tax environment
  • Areas of transfer pricing scrutiny

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

General managers, tax directors and managers, finance directors and managers, accountants, and anyone else who has responsibility for setting transfer prices or preparing documentation for transfer pricing purposes.
